Ash Flow Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured ash shows a clean, bright figure in a white tone, with clear movement board to board. Underfoot there's a light texture rather than a flat, sanded face. A protective matt lacquer means the surface shrugs off the odd splash, and there's a full 3.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 2.4 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. Hard enough to resist dents from furniture and daily footfall. It's a straightforward, hard-working floor at heart.

Installation Advice
Ash Flow is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
