3-Strip 14 mm Ash Transparent Andante Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Level ash shows a clean, bright figure, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. A smooth surface suits a clean, pared-back room. A protective matt lacquer means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface, and the 3.5 mm wear layer leaves room to refinish rather than replace. At 2.2 m long, there are fewer breaks to interrupt the grain. All in all, a practical floor that should wear in rather than out.

Installation Advice
3-Strip 14 mm Ash Transparent Andante is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
