Smooth cherry carries a warm, reddish grain in a copper brown cast, with a calm, even grade from board to board. A smooth surface suits a clean, pared-back room. Below the surface, it is built up in cross-layers for stability. At 2.4 m long, long runs draw the eye down the room. Tough enough to shrug off chair legs and dropped pans. It adds up to a hard-wearing floor on a core that stays put, the kind that takes daily use in its stride.

Installation Advice
Cherry Savannah is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
