Plank 138 Ash White Andante Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured ash shows a clean, bright figure, with a calm, even grade from board to board. Underfoot there's a light texture rather than a flat, sanded face. A protective matt lacquer means scuffs are easy to miss across the low sheen, and there's a full 3.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 2.2 m long, there are fewer breaks to interrupt the grain. A practical choice for calmer, restful rooms, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. It should settle into calmer, restful rooms and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
Plank 138 Ash White Andante is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
