Prestige Walnut Am. Transparent Nature Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Smooth walnut has a deep, swirling grain, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. A smooth surface suits a clean, pared-back room. A protective matt lacquer means footprints barely show on the matt surface, and there's a full 3.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. A herringbone pattern draws the eye and works in both period and modern rooms. It works well in calmer, restful rooms, and it can go down over underfloor heating. Expect it to wear in nicely across calmer, restful rooms.

Installation Advice
Prestige Walnut Am. Transparent Nature is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
