Prestige Walnut Am. Transparent Nature Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Level walnut has a dark, layered figure, with a calm, even grade from board to board. A protective matt lacquer over a stable engineered core means scuffs are easy to miss across the low sheen, and its 3.5 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. A herringbone pattern draws the eye and works in both period and modern rooms. Well suited to calmer, restful rooms, and it's happy over underfloor heating too. The result is a floor built to be walked on, not tiptoed around.

Installation Advice
Prestige Walnut Am. Transparent Nature is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
