3-Strip 14 mm Walnut Am. Transparent Andante Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Smooth walnut shows a deep, swirling grain, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. A protective matt lacquer means a wipe with a damp mop is about all it asks, and there's a full 3.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 2.2 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. Well suited to calmer, restful rooms, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. Expect it to wear in nicely across calmer, restful rooms.

Installation Advice
3-Strip 14 mm Walnut Am. Transparent Andante is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
