Adelphi Oak Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak shows a broad, characterful figure in a black tone, with strong rustic character from board to board. Raised grain adds a little grip underfoot. A protective matt lacquer means the surface shrugs off the odd splash. At 2.2 m long, fewer end joints break up the floor. It suits busy kitchens and hallways, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. It should settle into busy kitchens and hallways and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
Adelphi Oak is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
