Almond Oak Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a golden cast, smooth oak shows a broad, characterful figure, with strong rustic character from board to board. A protective matt lacquer means footprints barely show on the matt surface, and the 6 mm wear layer leaves room to refinish rather than replace. At 1.9 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. It suits busy kitchens and hallways, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. Expect it to wear in nicely across busy kitchens and hallways.

Installation Advice
Almond Oak is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
