Beech Living Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Beech shows a fine, even grain in a light brown tone, with clear movement board to board. A protective matt lacquer means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface, and its 36 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. At 2.2 m long, they suit a larger room. It's a straightforward, hard-working floor at heart.

Installation Advice
Beech Living is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
