Benmore Oak Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak shows a broad, characterful figure in a golden tone, with a calm, even grade from board to board. Brushing helps everyday scuffs vanish into the grain. With a 4 mm wear layer, it can be sanded back and refinished years down the line. A practical choice for busy kitchens and hallways, and it can go down over underfloor heating.

Installation Advice
Benmore Oak is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
