Chalet Oak White Traditional Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Level oak carries a broad, characterful figure, with the full range of natural marks from board to board. A smooth surface suits a clean, pared-back room. A protective matt lacquer on a stable engineered core means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface, and there's a full 4.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 20004 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. Put together, it's a tough surface on a steady core that should take years of use without complaint.

Installation Advice
Chalet Oak White Traditional is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
