Chaletino Oak Transparent Nature Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Smooth oak carries a broad, characterful figure, with a calm, even grade from board to board. Sanded flat, the surface has nothing to catch underfoot. A protective matt lacquer on a stable engineered core means footprints barely show on the matt surface, and its 3.5 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. At 2.8 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. Put together, it's a tough surface on a steady core that should take years of use without complaint.

Installation Advice
Chaletino Oak Transparent Nature is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
