European Maple Natur Engineered Hardwood Flooring

Maple shows a subtle, close grain in a light brown tone, with a calm, even grade from board to board. Underneath, it moves far less than solid wood. At 2.2 m long, they suit a larger room. That stability is the real argument for it over a solid floor.

Installation Advice

European Maple Natur is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.

Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
