Hackfall Oak Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak carries a broad, characterful figure in a black cast, with strong rustic character from board to board. Raised grain adds a little grip underfoot. A soft, matt oiled finish means there's very little glare, even in a bright room. At 1.9 m long, long runs draw the eye down the room. It works well in busy kitchens and hallways, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. Expect it to wear in nicely across busy kitchens and hallways.

Installation Advice
Hackfall Oak is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
