Herringbone Click Oak Transparent Animoso Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak has a broad, characterful figure, with clear movement board to board. Raised grain adds a little grip underfoot. A protective matt lacquer means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface, and there's a full 3.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. Laid in herringbone, the boards form a classic angled pattern that rewards a larger space. Well suited to period rooms, and underfloor heating is no problem. It should settle into period rooms and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
Herringbone Click Oak Transparent Animoso is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
