Lomond Oak Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a golden cast, brushed oak shows a broad, characterful figure, with a calm, even grade from board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish means the sheen stays low and matt rather than glossy, and its 4 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. Well suited to busy kitchens and hallways, and it's happy over underfloor heating too. It should settle into busy kitchens and hallways and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
Lomond Oak is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
