Textured oak has an open, flowing grain, a soft brown, with strong rustic character from board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish means it sits in the grain and still feels like timber underfoot, and there's a full 6 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 1.9 m long, fewer end joints break up the floor. A practical choice for busy kitchens and hallways, and it can go down over underfloor heating.
