Oak 1-Strip White Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Oak has an open, flowing grain, a soft bright white. A protective matt lacquer means the seal takes the brunt of daily traffic, and there's a full 3 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 1.9 m long, the room reads calmer with fewer lines across it. Hard enough to take chair legs and dropped pans.

Installation Advice
Oak 1-Strip White is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
