Oak Rustikal Classic 3060 Wide plank (1358529) Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Wide oak carries an open, flowing grain in a light brown cast, with the full range of natural marks from board to board. Its 36 mm wear layer means there's real timber on top, not a printed layer. At 2.2 m long, they suit a larger room. Well suited to open-plan living, and it can go down over underfloor heating. It should settle into open-plan living and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
Oak Rustikal Classic 3060 Wide plank (1358529) is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
