Oak Living Classic 3060 Wide plank Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Oak carries an open, flowing grain in a light brown cast, with plenty of knots and colour variation from board to board. A pale, white-washed finish means the surface is sealed but stays light, and its 36 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. At 2.2 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. Well suited to open-plan living, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. Expect it to wear in nicely across open-plan living.

Installation Advice
Oak Living Classic 3060 Wide plank is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
