Oak Rustikal Basic 11-5 3-strip (1569685) Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a light brown cast, oak shows an open, flowing grain, with the full range of natural marks from board to board. A protective matt lacquer means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface, and there's a full 25 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 2.2 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. It's a straightforward, hard-working floor at heart.

Installation Advice
Oak Rustikal Basic 11-5 3-strip (1569685) is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
