Oak Rustikal Classic 3025 Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Wide oak shows an open, flowing grain in a light brown tone, with strong rustic character from board to board. A protective matt lacquer means the surface shrugs off the odd splash, and there's a full 25 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 2.4 m long, the room reads calmer with fewer lines across it. A practical choice for open-plan living, and it can go down over underfloor heating. It should settle into open-plan living and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
Oak Rustikal Classic 3025 is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
