Oak Natur Trendtime 10 Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Oak has a broad, characterful figure, with a calm, even grade from board to board. A pale, white-washed finish means the surface is sealed but stays light, and its 35 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. Cut and laid as chevron, it forms a crisp, directional pattern. It suits calmer, restful rooms, and underfloor heating is no problem. Expect it to wear in nicely across calmer, restful rooms.

Installation Advice
Oak Natur Trendtime 10 is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
