Oak Bardolino White Living Plus Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Oak shows a broad, characterful figure in a light brown tone, with clear movement board to board. A pale, white-washed finish over a stable engineered core means it holds the pale tone rather than letting the wood yellow, and there's a full 36 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. Laid in herringbone, the boards form a classic angled pattern that rewards a larger space. The result is a floor built to be walked on, not tiptoed around.

Installation Advice
Oak Bardolino White Living Plus is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
