3-Strip 14 mm Oak Brazilian Brown Finale Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak carries a broad, characterful figure, with a calm, even grade from board to board. A brushed surface has a more traditional, worked look. A protective matt lacquer means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface, and there's a full 3.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 2.2 m long, the room reads calmer with fewer lines across it. It suits calmer, restful rooms, and it's happy over underfloor heating too. It's an easy fit for calmer, restful rooms and should age well there.

Installation Advice
3-Strip 14 mm Oak Brazilian Brown Finale is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
