Oak Brushed Rustikal Classic 3060 Wide plank (1739910) Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Wide oak has an open, flowing grain, a soft light brown, with the full range of natural marks from board to board. Underfoot there's a light texture rather than a flat, sanded face. A soft, matt oiled finish means the colour mellows a little with daily use, and its 36 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. At 2.2 m long, long runs draw the eye down the room. It works well in open-plan living, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating.

Oak Brushed Rustikal Classic 3060 Wide plank (1739910) is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
