A protective matt lacquer means the seal takes the brunt of daily traffic, and the 25 mm wear layer leaves room to refinish rather than replace. At 2.2 m long, they suit a larger room. A practical choice for open-plan living, and underfloor heating is no problem. It's an easy fit for open-plan living and should age well there.

For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.

- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
