Oak Cloves Plank Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak has a broad, characterful figure, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. Underfoot there's a light texture rather than a flat, sanded face. A protective matt lacquer on a real-wood veneer over a stable base means footprints barely show on the matt surface, while the core keeps a real-wood face without a solid board's price. At 2.0 m long, the room reads calmer with fewer lines across it. It works well in busy kitchens and hallways, and it's happy over underfloor heating too.

Installation Advice
Oak Cloves Plank is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
