Oak Cream Living Trendtime 3 Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Oak carries an open, flowing grain in a light brown cast, with plenty of knots and colour variation from board to board. A protective matt lacquer means footprints barely show on the matt surface, and the 25 mm wear layer leaves room to refinish rather than replace. Laid in herringbone, the boards form a classic angled pattern that rewards a larger space. On balance, a sensible floor built for everyday use.

Installation Advice
Oak Cream Living Trendtime 3 is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
