Oak Cream Living Trendtime 4 Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a light brown cast, wide oak shows a broad, characterful figure, with plenty of knots and colour variation from board to board. A protective matt lacquer means the seal takes the brunt of daily traffic, and its 36 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. At 2.0 m long, fewer end joints break up the floor. It suits open-plan living, and it's happy over underfloor heating too. Expect it to wear in nicely across open-plan living.

Installation Advice
Oak Cream Living Trendtime 4 is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
