Oak Dublin Oiled Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak carries an open, flowing grain, with a calm, even grade from board to board. A brushed surface has a more traditional, worked look. A soft, matt oiled finish means the sheen stays low and matt rather than glossy, and there's a full 3.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 2.4 m long, they suit a larger room. Well suited to calmer, restful rooms, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. It should settle into calmer, restful rooms and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
Oak Dublin Oiled is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
