Oak Dublin Ultra Matt Narrow Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak shows a broad, characterful figure, with a calm, even grade from board to board. Underfoot there's a light texture rather than a flat, sanded face. A protective matt lacquer means scuffs are easy to miss across the low sheen, and its 3.5 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. At 2 m long, there are fewer breaks to interrupt the grain. It works well in calmer, restful rooms, and underfloor heating is no problem. It's an easy fit for calmer, restful rooms and should age well there.

Installation Advice
Oak Dublin Ultra Matt Narrow is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
