Oak Ecru Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Brushed oak carries a broad, characterful figure, with clear movement board to board. A brushed surface has a more traditional, worked look. With a 3 mm wear layer, it can be sanded back and refinished years down the line. At 1.9 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. Floating glue-free over the underlay. On balance, a sensible floor built for everyday use.

Installation Advice
Oak Ecru is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
