3-Strip 14 mm Oak Elephant Grey Finale Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Brushed oak has a broad, characterful figure, with a calm, even grade from board to board. Raised grain adds a little grip underfoot. A protective matt lacquer means footprints barely show on the matt surface, and its 3.5 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. At 2.2 m long, long runs draw the eye down the room. A practical choice for calmer, restful rooms, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. Expect it to wear in nicely across calmer, restful rooms.

Installation Advice
3-Strip 14 mm Oak Elephant Grey Finale is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
