Oak Estoril Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a white cast, brushed oak shows an open, flowing grain, with plenty of knots and colour variation from board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish sits over a stable engineered core, and the core won't cup or gap the way a solid board can. At 2.3 m long, the room reads calmer with fewer lines across it. Tough enough to shrug off chair legs and dropped pans. The result is a floor built to be walked on, not tiptoed around.

Installation Advice
Oak Estoril is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
