Oak Flecto Champagne Natur Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Oak carries a broad, characterful figure in a brown cast, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. A protective matt lacquer means a wipe with a damp mop is about all it asks, and there's a full 36 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 2.2 m long, they suit a larger room. It suits calmer, restful rooms, and it can go down over underfloor heating. It should settle into calmer, restful rooms and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
Oak Flecto Champagne Natur is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
