Oak Ginger Plank Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Brushed oak carries a broad, characterful figure in a warm light cast, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. Raised grain adds a little grip underfoot. A protective matt lacquer sits on a real-wood veneer over a stable base, and the core gives the look of solid wood for less. At 2.0 m long, they suit a larger room. A practical choice for busy kitchens and hallways, and underfloor heating is no problem. It adds up to a hard-wearing floor on a core that stays put, the kind that takes daily use in its stride.

Installation Advice
Oak Ginger Plank is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
