Oak Ginseng Herringbone Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak carries a broad, characterful figure in a warm light cast, with a calm, even grade from board to board. Raised grain adds a little grip underfoot. A protective matt lacquer on a real-wood veneer over a stable base means the surface shrugs off the odd splash. A herringbone pattern draws the eye and works in both period and modern rooms. It suits busy kitchens and hallways, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. The result is a floor built to be walked on, not tiptoed around.

Installation Advice
Oak Ginseng Herringbone is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
