Oak Grano Oiled Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Brushed oak carries a broad, characterful figure, with plenty of knots and colour variation from board to board. Brushing helps everyday scuffs vanish into the grain. A soft, matt oiled finish over a stable engineered core means it sits in the grain and still feels like timber underfoot, while the core is built up in cross-layers for stability. At 1.9 m long, there are fewer breaks to interrupt the grain. The steady core is what lets it cope where solid boards would struggle.

Installation Advice
Oak Grano Oiled is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
