Oak Herringbone Ab Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Brushed oak has a broad, characterful figure, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. Brushing helps everyday scuffs vanish into the grain. A soft, matt oiled finish means the colour mellows a little with daily use, and its 3.5 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. A herringbone pattern draws the eye and works in both period and modern rooms. On balance, a sensible floor built for everyday use.

Installation Advice
Oak Herringbone Ab is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
