Oak Klinta Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Hand-finished oak shows an open, flowing grain in a white tone, with plenty of knots and colour variation from board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish over a stable engineered core means there's very little glare, even in a bright room. At 2.4 m long, the room reads calmer with fewer lines across it. Its stable core makes it a safer choice than solid wood where damp or heat come into play.

Installation Advice
Oak Klinta is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
