Oak Lecco Oiled Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Level oak has a broad, characterful figure, with the full range of natural marks from board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish means it sits in the grain and still feels like timber underfoot, and there's a full 2.6 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 2.4 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. Firm enough not to mark under chair legs and dropped pans.

Installation Advice
Oak Lecco Oiled is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
