Oak Lugana Light-whitewashed Rustikal Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Wide oak shows an open, flowing grain in a light brown tone, with strong rustic character from board to board. A pale, white-washed finish means it holds the pale tone rather than letting the wood yellow, and the 36 mm wear layer leaves room to refinish rather than replace. At 2.0 m long, there are fewer breaks to interrupt the grain. A practical choice for open-plan living, and it can go down over underfloor heating.

Installation Advice
Oak Lugana Light-whitewashed Rustikal is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
