Oak Lynx Oiled Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak carries a broad, characterful figure, with clear movement board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish sits on a stable engineered core, and the core sits flatter underfoot than a solid board through the seasons. At 2.3 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. Hard enough to take chair legs and dropped pans.

Installation Advice
Oak Lynx Oiled is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
