Oak Malbec Natural Rustikal Basic 11-5 Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Oak carries an open, flowing grain, with strong rustic character from board to board. Underneath, it rides out the damp-and-dry swing of a British year. At 2.2 m long, there are fewer breaks to interrupt the grain. Its stable core makes it a safer choice than solid wood where damp or heat come into play.

Installation Advice
Oak Malbec Natural Rustikal Basic 11-5 is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
