Oak Nexus Java Living Plus Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Wide oak shows an open, flowing grain in a brown tone, with plenty of knots and colour variation from board to board. A protective matt lacquer means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface, and its 36 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. At 2.2 m long, they suit a larger room. It works well in open-plan living, and underfloor heating is no problem. It's an easy fit for open-plan living and should age well there.

Installation Advice
Oak Nexus Java Living Plus is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
