Oak Nougat Living Trendtime 3 Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a brown cast, oak shows an open, flowing grain, with clear movement board to board. A protective matt lacquer means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface, and there's a full 25 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. A herringbone pattern draws the eye and works in both period and modern rooms. Well suited to period rooms, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating.

Installation Advice
Oak Nougat Living Trendtime 3 is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
