Brushed oak shows a broad, characterful figure in a warm light tone, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. Below the surface, it holds its line through winter heating and summer damp. At 2 m long, they suit a larger room. A practical choice for calmer, restful rooms, firm enough not to mark under chair legs and dropped pans. That hardness is what should keep it looking right in calmer, restful rooms rather than just on day one.

Installation Advice
Oak Paris Ultra Matt is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
