Oak Pepper Plank Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak has an open, flowing grain, with clear movement board to board. Underfoot there's a light texture rather than a flat, sanded face. A protective matt lacquer on a real-wood veneer over a stable base means the surface shrugs off the odd splash, while the core carries a genuine wood face on a steady base. At 2.0 m long, fewer end joints break up the floor. Well suited to busy kitchens and hallways, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. The result is a floor built to be walked on, not tiptoed around.

Installation Advice
Oak Pepper Plank is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
